Description
The Cocco Digital Gap™ Ambassador DLC Taper blade (model ADGCT-DLC) replaces the blade on Cocco clippers. The taper shape is slightly longer, with a gradual cutting angle, for smooth, blended cuts and everyday grooming.
Blade technology
- DLC coating (diamond-like carbon): stated hardness of 80 HRC (Rockwell scale). It reduces friction and heat build-up.
- Micro-calibrated Digital Gap™ technology: Cocco’s own process that sets the gap between the blades as close as possible, measured digitally.
- Built-in oil reservoir: keeps the blade cooler during long cutting sessions.

DLC or graphene?
The taper blade also comes with a graphene coating, harder (90 HRC) and longer-lasting according to Cocco: the Cocco Graphene Taper Clipper Blade. For precision work close to the skin, Cocco offers its fade blade.
