Description

Professional Herfit Pro neutraliser in a 1-litre format, the mandatory second step of a successful perm. After applying the HerfitPro No. 1 or No. 2 perm lotion and rinsing, the neutraliser fixes the new disulfide bonds and stabilises the shape of the curls or waves.
