The Curl On neutraliser is the second step of the perm: it sets the shape achieved and closes the fibre. It is applied after rinsing out the lotion, on the sections that are still wound.
What it does

- Closes the fibre at the end of the service
- An essential step for a long-lasting perm
How to use
After the lotion’s processing time, rinse thoroughly without removing the rods, blot, then apply the neutraliser to each section. Respect the processing time, unwind and rinse.
The 100 ml size is the retail format: recommend it to your clients to extend the result between appointments.
