Delivery and returns
Delivery
- Area: we deliver in Switzerland only. For an address abroad, write to us at info@bhproducts.ch: we look at each request individually.
- Carrier: Swiss Post.
- Lead time: any order placed before 6 pm is delivered within 5 working days.
- Shipping costs: free from CHF 250.- of purchases, and from CHF 200.- for validated professional accounts. Below that, a flat rate of CHF 9.90 per order.
- PO boxes: no delivery to PO boxes for orders containing insured-value items.
Returns and exchanges
- Time limit: 30 days from receipt, with no need to give a reason.
- Condition of items: intact and complete, in their original packaging, with labels and accessories, together with the delivery note or a copy of the invoice.
- Return costs: at your expense for a simple return; for an exchange, shipping of the new order is free; we cover the return in full if the product is faulty or if we made a mistake.
- Refund: within 14 days at most after we receive and check the item, using the payment method used for the order.

Warranty
Non-consumable items carry the 2-year statutory warranty from receipt. Check the goods on delivery and tell us promptly about any defect or transport damage. The manufacturer’s warranty applies under each brand’s own terms.
