What are the delivery times and costs?
We deliver throughout Switzerland by Swiss Post. Any order placed before 6 pm is delivered within 5 working days. Shipping is free from CHF 250.-, and from CHF 200.- for validated professional accounts. We deliver in Switzerland only.
How do I get professional prices?
Open a professional account: the form takes five minutes, with your company’s UID number to hand. We check your business and your trade prices appear across the whole catalogue within 24 working hours. In the meantime you can order at public prices.
Can private customers order?
Yes. The shop is open to everyone and public prices are visible without an account. Trade prices are reserved for salons, barbershops, institutes, schools and freelancers whose business has been verified. A few technical products reserved for professionals may show “Price on request”: contact us or open a professional account.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), TWINT, PostFinance Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer. Payments are handled by certified providers; we never store any bank details.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is intact, complete and in its original packaging. For a simple return, shipping is at your expense; we cover it if the product is faulty or if we made a mistake. Refunds follow within 14 days. Details in our terms and conditions.
